Any email sent via the Service may or may not be available for viewing, may be changed, and can be immediately viewed by ANY user of the system. You agree to only access the Service data through the website of the Service.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION
The Service is free, and it allows you to:
Access the list of free domains;
Generate a new email address right away;
Remove and/or generate unique email addresses;
Change the names of the email addresses;
Automatically get emails and attachments;
Read incoming emails, as well as attachments;
Download sources (.EML), as well as attachments;
Copy to clipboard.

ACCEPTABLE USE
You undertake not to use the Service, whether directly or indirectly, for any illegal purpose. You agree that any email sent to the Service by you, or emails you encourage others to send, will become public domain as soon it is in the Service system with no expectation for email content to be confident.

You undertake not to use the Service's public system to get, store, or view emails that contain confidential or private information. You acknowledge that the Service has no control over content put into mailboxes.

You undertake to hold the Service harmless from any damages that may be caused by loss of emails, email content, damage to your device as a result of viewing emails, after direct or indirect use of the Service.

You understand and agree to the fact that you cannot send emails with the Service, only receive. Furthermore, as the Service is free, it handles millions of emails per hour. Thus, you understand and agree that the maximum storage period for emails can be 1-2 hours, and the domains may be changed.

You undertake not to use temporary emails in order to register important accounts or to receive sensitive data. The Service will not be able to restore emails or domains once they are removed.

No Affiliation with Educational Institutions
It is explicitly stated and you hereby acknowledge that the email addresses generated by the Edu Mail Generator are not provided by, affiliated with, endorsed by, or in any way connected to any real educational institutions. The use of domains that may appear similar to those of academic institutions is for functional purposes only and does not imply any association with any university, college, school, or other educational body.

User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under the email addresses you generate. 

Prohibited uses of the Service include, but are not limited to:
Misrepresentation: You may not use a generated email address to impersonate a student, faculty member, or representative of any educational institution.
Fraudulent Activities: You may not use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activities, including but not limited to, obtaining unauthorized access to academic resources, discounts, or any other benefits intended for genuine students and educators.
Spamming and Malicious Activities: You may not use the generated email addresses to send unsolicited emails (spam), or to distribute malware, phishing links, or engage in any other malicious online behavior.
Violation of Third-Party Terms: You may not use the Service to violate the terms of service of any third-party website or service.

DISCLAIMERS
The Service is provided on an "as is" basis, without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements and expectations, or that it will be available, error-free, uninterrupted, and secure all the time. We make no warranty concerning the presence of particular names or addresses of domains in the Service, and the email storage of already received emails as well.

INDEMNITY
You will hold harmless and indemnify the Service, as well as its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents, from and against any liabilities, disputes, claims, damages, losses, demands, damages, expenses, and costs, including, without limitation, reasonable accounting and legal fees, which may arise out of or in any way related to your access or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms of Use.
